- This quotation is valid for 30 days from the date issued.
- Acceptance of this quote authorises us to proceed with equipment ordering and installation works.
- A deposit may be required before work begins, with the remaining balance payable within agreed payment terms.
- Hardware supplied remains our property until paid in full.
- Installation includes standard labour during normal business hours unless otherwise stated.
- Any additional works or changes outside the quoted scope may incur extra charges.
- The client is responsible for providing suitable access, power, and network connectivity where required.
- Equipment is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Installation workmanship is covered for 90 days from completion.
- Ongoing support, maintenance, or training is not included unless specifically stated.
- Delays caused by site access, third parties, or incomplete site readiness may affect project timelines and costs.
- Cancellation after equipment has been ordered may incur restocking or administration fees.
- By accepting this quotation, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.
